REMOTE TESTS · NO SERVICE AREA
You built it.
Someone has to use it.
Software that has just been finished has a problem: you know it too well to judge it any more. A real person sees it for the first time, works through a defined scenario and writes down where it breaks — with a screen recording and a structured findings list instead of “looks good to me”.

THE DIFFERENCE
A test run is
not an opinion.
You get the same kind of result as from an on-site task: a defined brief, verifiable evidence, a traceable process. No star rating, no judgement of your work, no design opinion — just what happened, in what order, and where someone got stuck.
HOW IT WORKS
From request
to findings.
- 01
Describe the task
A URL, a scenario and a test login — about a minute of work.
- 02
Reviewed by a person
We reply usually the same business day, next business day at the latest with feasibility and a price.
- 03
A human tests it
Real device, real browser, thinking out loud — not a bot, not a panel.
- 04
Findings with evidence
Screen recording, step log and drop-off points instead of a star rating.

RULES THAT ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE
What we will not test with.
- Never against production systems holding real customer data. Staging or a test environment.
- Never with real payment methods. Only your payment provider's test cards.
- Never with personal credentials from your team — throwaway test accounts only.
- No commissioned public reviews, store ratings or testimonials.
- No recordings in which other people's data is visible.
These are part of the request review, not just a statement of intent. A request that runs against them is put in front of a person rather than waved through. The full framework is at Werte & Sicherheit (German).
COMMON QUESTIONS
Short and
verifiable.
- Do you need access to our system?
- Only to what should be tested, and only through test credentials you provide. We work on staging or with throwaway test accounts. Never against real customer data, never with real payment methods, and never with personal credentials belonging to someone on your team.
- Is this limited to Germany?
- No. Remote work has no service area, because nobody travels anywhere. Only the on-site services are limited to Hamburg. The reviewer works from wherever they are, and the request form is the same one German customers use.
- How fast do I get the result?
- Most remote tasks land between 4 and 24 hours after approval. As with everything here, a person reviews the request first — there is no automatic dispatch, and nobody is assigned without that review.
- How is this different from automated testing?
- An automated test checks whether what you expected actually happens. A person seeing your product for the first time finds what you did not expect: the place where the label promises something other than what the button does, the step where someone gives up, the error message nobody understands. Neither replaces the other.
- Is the accessibility check a certification?
- No, and that wording is deliberate. You get a manual findings report: what cannot be reached by keyboard, what the screen reader does not announce, where a flow breaks. It is not an audit under BFSG or WCAG and it is not a certificate. Anyone selling you a single test run as a certificate is selling you something a single run cannot deliver.
- What happens to the screen recording?
- It is evidence, and therefore private, exactly like photos from an on-site task. It is not published, not passed on, and not used for advertising.
